Rubaina Singla
Founder of Singla

Rubaina Singla is the founder of Singla, a pioneering fashion company dedicated to eco-conscious clothing. Over three years, she has mastered e-commerce, direct-to-consumer sales, and brand building. Starting Singla in 2021, Rubaina pursued the 'corporate dream' but grew frustrated with the fast fashion industry's wastefulness and the overwhelming abundance of new products. Embracing intentional shopping habits and a capsule wardrobe, she saw positive changes in her life, sparking her mission to bring these benefits to others. Under her leadership, Singla promotes sustainable fashion and conscious consumerism, transforming the industry one piece at a time.

Speaker
Rhett Jones
Founder, Station Mountain Bike Park

Rhett, an alumni of BETA Camp, embarked on the entrepreneurial dream of building Texas's next best bike park as a junior in high school. In January 2023, he began cold-calling over 500 equity investors on LinkedIn, successfully raising $2.8 million for land and $350,000 for the park. He hired and managed 10 of the nation's top builders, completing all 23 trails. The highly successful grand opening took place on November 3, and the park has earned over $100,000 in revenue in its first quarter. Station Mountain Bike Park, located an hour from Austin, offers world-class shuttle-access downhill mountain biking for $49.99. It features over 200 jumps, a variety of technical trails, the nation's cheapest bike rental rates, private coaching, a complete gift and bike shop, and more. Rhett is now building his second bike park for SpaceX.
